itemprop=\"text\" ><p>A few hours before mid-August 2021, the fifth evening of the Tipicamente 2021 project took place.<\/p>\n<p>Tasting the typical excellences of the province of Frosinone that fall within the food quality systems (Cannellino bean PDO, Atina Cabernet DOC wine, Pontecorvo PDO pepper, buffalo mozzarella from Campania PDO and organic productions), the participants learned about the many products coming from small businesses in the area.<\/p>\n<p>The evening took place on the banks of the Rapido river in the suggestive location surrounded by greenery called RiverSTOCK &#8211; Parco del Rapido in Cassino (FR) and the &#8220;Telegraph band&#8221; made their rich repertoire listen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div  class='flex_column
