The eighth evening of the Tipicamente 2021 project took place with last night’s event.

The information and promotion program for typical products that fall within the food quality systems of the province of Frosinone continued and the participants were first made aware of the peculiarities of these products (Cannellino DOP bean, Pontecorvo DOP pepper, mozzarella di buffalo campana DOP and organic productions) and then they were able to taste its flavor.

All dishes were accompanied by the prestigious Atina Cabernet DOC wine.

The evening took place on the banks of the Rapido river in the suggestive location surrounded by greenery called RiverSTOCK – Parco del Rapido in Cassino (FR).

On this occasion, the “Pippo Baudo Lost in Time” band made up of six musicians who enlivened the evening performed.
