Yesterday we arrived at one of the last events of the Typically 2021 project: the ninth evening.

The evening took place on the banks of the Rapido river in the suggestive location surrounded by greenery called RiverSTOCK – Parco del Rapido in Cassino (FR).

Typical products were proposed to the participants that fall within the food quality systems of the province of Frosinone with which various types of dishes based on Cannellino bean DOP, pepper of Pontecorvo DOP, buffalo mozzarella from Campania DOP and organic productions were prepared.

All dishes were accompanied by the prestigious Atina Cabernet DOC wine.

On this occasion, the “Power Trio Explosion” performed, an Italian underground trio born in 2020 with the intention of performing live the rickblues of the 70s.
