Description
This particularity of marzolina with truffle is made with the addition of natural truffle. The aroma is truly unique and the taste is superb. The seasoning is medium and the consistency is semi-hard.
The truffle cream is spread on the outside of the cheese wheel which is then pre-wrapped and vacuum packed.
It is the upgrade of the natural marzolina.
